RESALE vs RETAIL
Shopping RESALE makes so much more sense on so many levels!! I always say unless there is something out that you HAVE to have NOW - then WHY pay retail?? Resale you pay a 1/3 of the retail price and giving the mark ups in retail (Especially Designer) it seems the better choice. You can still own THAT bag or SHOES etc and no brake your bank! OR settle for a "Knock Off " version. It use to be a secret amongst most that they paid 1/3 of the price AND didn't buy the item from your high end department store. But after the economy took a dive resale jumped even more, with people starting to share the "secret" finds. So next time you are tempted to pay Retail, look at Resale and compare.
